Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Red Rocks website.

How do I place my order?

All Goose Travel Packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale Wednesday, March 15 at 10AM MT. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Does the travel package come with tickets for both nights?

YES! All Travel Packages include two (2) two-night tickets for Goose at Red Rocks on Thursday, October 5th and Friday, October 6th.

If I purchase a travel package, am I removed from the Goose lottery?

Yes, by purchasing a travel package you are removing yourself from the ticket lottery.

Does the Goose Red Rocks Travel Package have an age restriction?

Yes, Goose Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show, however the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

How do I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at your hotel. We will make this easy for you at hotel check-in, with further instructions provided closer to the event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

How will I know where my seats will be at Red Rocks?

When purchasing your package, you will have the option to select a General Admission or VIP ticket during the purchase process.

What does the VIP Travel Package experience entail?

Your VIP Travel Package includes everything listed under your hotel package, along with:

  • One (1) General Admission Ticket + Exclusive Access to the VIP Section next to the Soundboard
  • Limited Edition Show Poster
  • Commemorative Laminate
  • Early entry to the venue and merch
  • $1 from each ticket will support Backline, a Mental Health & Wellness Resource for the Music Industry

How and where will I receive my tickets for Goose?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you.  All tickets for Goose at Red Rocks will now be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your AXS account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your travel package to receive your tickets in your AXS account. Don’t worry, there will be a friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff member at each hotel on check-in day to help you with any questions or issues that arise. Please note, you will receive individual tickets for each show at Red Rocks through your AXS Account.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website is the price for two (2) guests, not including taxes and fees.

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the hotel?

100x Travel Packages for Goose do not include parking. Please visit each hotel’s respective website for information and rates regarding parking. 

  • Kimpton Hotel Monaco: Valet parking – $59/night
  • Westin Denver Downtown: $35/daily; Valet parking – $46/daily

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue:

  • Kimpton Hotel Monaco: 28-minute drive (16.6 miles)
  • Westin Denver Downtown: 33-minute drive (16.9 miles)

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

All Travel Packages come with roundtrip transportation to and from the venue. More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, please Contact Guest Services at the link below to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Red Rocks availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the travel package, please Contact Guest Services at the link below immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include your name, travel package and your order number when reaching out to us.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

After the original purchaser receives their tickets in their AXS account in the weeks leading up to the event, they have the opportunity to transfer ticket(s) to an alternative guest. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop on the AXS page here.

Your order will be available for pick up at the hotel with a photo ID and email confirmation. If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else you will need to reach out to us using the email address you had used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please Contact Guest Services at the link below and notify us of the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update their reservation. Once you have notified us, the new package holder will be able to pick up their event passes, check into their hotel room and pick up their event merchandise at the hotel associated with their travel package!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

AAll 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we are just a bunch of people trying to make your experience better so if you reach out to us, and we have a waiting list, we could take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we do in fact issue a refund on the package price
